Hello. I am Victoria Pankevich. I am a UX-researcher and a curious empath. I explore life, immerse myself in the context, study people's motivations, think one step ahead and create solutions that change reality and make life easier to navigate.
As a UX Researcher, I worked for the largest Russian banks — Sberbank and Alfa-bank — where I helped the product teams develop the mobile apps, phygital solutions and services based on research insights.
I also believe that the best way to learn something is to teach it. That's why I am a UX/UI course mentor at the British School of Art and Design (BHSAD).

A user, with his needs and context, is at the center of every decision. But the business value and environmental safety are equally important
I believe that there is nothing more important than empathy in any process – from conducting interviews to presenting research results to the team. I always pay special attention to the deep motivations of each person to understand how I can help and contribute the most
The desire to do everything of a high quality and quickly constantly absorbs me. But if there is a choice between quantity and quality, I will give priority to quality and focus on narrow, but the best solutions that fit most.
